11091. The head of each state agency shall make a written report of its activities to the Governor at least biennially, a copy of which shall be filed with the Secretary of State. No biennial or annual reports of agency activities shall be printed without the approval of the Department of General Services.(Amended by Stats. 1965, Ch. 371.)
