The office is not required to develop a unique identification number system for each regulatory action pursuant to Section 11341 or to make the California Regulatory Notice Register available on its website pursuant to subdivision (c) of Section 11344.1 until January 1, 2002.(Added by Stats. 2000, Ch. 1059, Sec. 8.
