California Legal Code
11361. This chapter does not apply to the adoption or revision of regulations, guidelines, or criteria to implement the Safe Neighborhood Parks, Clean Water, Clean Air, and Coastal Protection Bond Act of 2000 (the Villaraigosa-Keeley Act) (Chapter 1.692 (commencing with Section 5096.300) of Division 5 of the Public Resources Code), the California Clean Water, Clean Air, Safe Neighborhood Parks, and Coastal Protection Act of 2002 (Chapter 1.696 (commencing with Section 5096.600) of Division 5 of the Public Resources Code), or the Water Security, Clean Drinking Water, Coastal and Beach Protection Act of 2002 (Division 26.5 (commencing with Section 79500) of the Water Code). The adoption or revision of regulations, guidelines, or criteria, if necessary to implement those respective acts, shall instead be accomplished by means of a public process reasonably calculated to give those persons interested in their adoption or revision an opportunity to be heard.(Amended by Stats. 2003, Ch. 240, Sec. 2.
