11330. Every state agency having the control of any public institution owned or controlled by the state shall notify the Department of General Services of any horticultural, agricultural, livestock, manufactures, mineral, natural or other products of the public institution in excess of its needs.(Amended by Stats. 1965, Ch. 371.)
