Upon receipt of such notices, the Department of General Services shall estimate the selling price of the products upon the basis of their reasonable value and arrange so far as practicable for their sale or exchange between the several public institutions owned or controlled by the state and its political subdivisions.(Amended by Stats. 1965, Ch. 371.)
