§ 11465.30

Within 30 days after receipt of an application for a declaratory decision, an agency shall give notice of the application to all persons to which notice of an adjudicative proceeding is otherwise required, and may give notice to any other person.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 938, Sec. 21.
