§ 11405.50

(a) 'Decision' means an agency action of specific application that determines a legal right, duty, privilege, immunity, or other legal interest of a particular person.(b) Nothing in this section limits any of the following:(1) The precedential effect of a decision under Section 11425.60.(2) The authority of an agency to make a declaratory decision pursuant to Article 14 (commencing with Section 11465.10).(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 938, Sec. 21. Effective January 1, 1996. Operative July 1, 1997, by Sec. 98 of Ch. 938 and Section 11400.10.)
