The chief shall be responsible for managing the affairs of the Office of Technology Services and shall perform all duties, exercise all powers and jurisdiction, and assume and discharge all responsibilities necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter. The Office of Technology Services shall employ professional, clerical, technical, and administrative personnel as necessary to carry out this chapter.(Amended by Stats. 2013, Ch. 353, Sec. 73.
