11546.4. Notwithstanding any other law, any service contract proposed to be entered into by an agency that would not otherwise be subject to review, approval, or oversight by the Department of Technology but that contains an information technology component that would be subject to oversight by the Department of Technology if it was a separate information technology project, shall be subject to review, approval, and oversight by the Department of Technology as set forth in Section 11546.(Amended by Stats. 2013, Ch. 352, Sec. 238.
