11546.5. Notwithstanding any other law, all employees of the Department of Technology shall be designated as excluded from collective bargaining pursuant to subdivision (b) of Section 3527, except for employees of the Office of Technology Services and employees of the Public Safety Communications Division who are not otherwise excluded from collective bargaining.(Amended by Stats. 2013, Ch. 352, Sec. 239.
