11547. The Department of Finance shall perform fiscal oversight of the state’s information technology projects. This oversight shall consist of a determination of the availability of project funding from appropriate sources, and project consistency with state fiscal policy. Projects shall continue to be funded through the established Budget Act process.(Added by Stats. 2007, Ch. 183, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 2008.)
