15799.2. The board, pursuant to its powers and duties under subdivision (d) of Section 15790, may, if in the board’s opinion conditions warrant, develop and maintain a contingency plan for emergency public works consistent with the intent of this chapter.(Amended by Stats. 1983, Ch. 323, Sec. 49.
