§ 15814.32

15814.32. (a) Any new public building for which construction begins after January 1, 1992, shall include meters or other technologies to measure the energy used at the building. (b) The Department of General Services shall develop and submit to the Legislature on or before December 1, 1992, a plan under which energy use at existing individual public buildings can be identified accurately.(Added by Stats. 1991, Ch. 962, Sec. 2.)
