The board, as additional security for a prison facilities lease, may agree to pledge and assign all or any portion of any moneys as may be legally available from time to time, to secure payments of the prison facilities lease to a fiscal agent, the treasurer, or to a trustee in trust for the persons entitled thereto.(Added by Stats. 1985, Ch. 932, Sec. 2.
