15819.2. Without obtaining further authorization under Section 15808, the board may acquire, may obtain an option to purchase, and may engage in the construction of prison facilities at any site which by statutory authorization may be used, owned, or hereafter acquired by the Department of Corrections, but only at the request or with the consent of the Department of Corrections.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1985, Ch. 932, Sec. 2.
