15819.7. Amounts necessary to pay rent for the public buildings financed pursuant to this chapter and under and pursuant to a prison facilities lease are hereby appropriated without regard to fiscal year from the General Fund, but shall become available for expenditure only if the Department of Finance certifies to the Controller that the amount required to pay this rent has not been included in the Budget Act for that fiscal year for the support of the Department of Corrections.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1985, Ch. 932, Sec. 2.
