15849.3. Notwithstanding any provision of this part to the contrary, the board may from time to time issue its bonds, notes, or other obligations pursuant to an indenture which may contain terms and conditions authorized by this part for resolutions of the board authorizing the issuance of its bonds, notes, or other obligations.(Added by Stats. 1986, Ch. 1388, Sec. 1.6.
