15980. The Director of Transportation shall be responsible for generally monitoring the implementation of this part . The funds for administration and monitoring of this program by the Director of Transportation shall be funded by funds made available for that purpose from federal funds.(Amended by Stats. 1990, Ch. 1455, Sec. 10.)
