The Governor may, with respect to the Resources Agency, appoint an Assistant Secretary for Energy Matters who may serve as Secretary for Resources designee on the Energy Resources Conservation and Development Commission and an Assistant Secretary for Coastal Matters who may serve as Secretary for Resources designee on the State Coastal Commission.(Added by Stats. 1977, Ch. 660.)
