The Natural Resources Agency succeeds to and is vested with all the duties, powers, purposes, and responsibilities, and jurisdiction vested in the Department of Food and Agriculture by Part 3 (commencing with Section 3801) of Division 3 of the Food and Agricultural Code with respect to the Exposition Park.(Amended by Stats. 2013, Ch. 352, Sec. 245.
