12805.1. The Secretary of the Resources Agency shall facilitate coordination between the Department of Fish and Game and the California Coastal Commission in a manner consistent with, and in furtherance of, the goals and policies of Division 20 (commencing with Section 30000) of the Public Resources Code (the California Coastal Act of 1976) and of Chapter 10 (commencing with Section 2800) of Division 3 of the Fish and Game Code (the Natural Community Conservation Planning Act).(Added by Stats. 2000, Ch. 87, Sec. 6.
