The Health and Welfare Agency and the Resources Agency may use the unexpended balances of funds available for use by the Human Relations Agency in connection with the functions of the Human Relations Agency that are transferred to or vested in the Health and Welfare Agency or the Resources Agency by Section 12803, 12806, or 12807, as the case may be. Such funds shall be used by the Health and Welfare Agency and the Resources Agency only for the purposes for which they were originally appropriated or otherwise made available to the Human Relations Agency.(Amended by Stats. 1982, Ch. 624, Sec. 6.)
