12811.2. Any reference in any law in effect on June 30, 1979, to the Health and Welfare Agency or to the secretary of that agency, with respect to the Department of Corrections or the Department of the Youth Authority shall be considered a reference to the Youth and Adult Correctional Agency or to the Secretary of the Youth and Adult Correctional Agency, as the case may be, unless the context otherwise requires.(Added by Stats. 1982, Ch. 624, Sec. 11.)
