The Governor shall cause accounts to be kept of:(a) All of the Governor’s official expenses and disbursements, including the incidental expenses of the Governor’s office.(b) All rewards offered by the Governor for the apprehension of criminals and persons charged with crime.(Amended by Stats. 2021, Ch. 50, Sec. 17.
