No suit, action, or other proceeding lawfully commenced by or against the head of an agency or other officer of the state, in the head of an agency or officer’s official capacity or in relation to the discharge of the head of an agency or officer’s official duties, shall abate by reason of the taking effect of a reorganization plan under the provisions of this article.(Amended by Stats. 2021, Ch. 50, Sec. 26.
