12085.5. Any reference in any provision of law or regulation to the State Office of Economic Opportunity or the Department of Economic Opportunity shall be deemed to refer to the Department of Community Services and Development.(Amended by Stats. 2007, Ch. 46, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 2008.)
