The Lieutenant Governor may appoint and, subject to the approval of the Director of Finance, fix the salaries of one secretary and such clerical assistants as the Lieutenant Governor deems necessary for the Lieutenant Governor’s office.(Amended by Stats. 2021, Ch. 50, Sec. 33.
