The Secretary of State shall attend at every session of the Legislature, for the purpose of receiving bills and resolutions and perform such other duties as may be devolved upon the Secretary of State by resolution of the two houses, or either of them.(Amended by Stats. 2021, Ch. 50, Sec. 38.
