On or before the 15th day of September in each even numbered year, the Secretary of State shall report to the Governor a detailed account of all of the Secretary of State’s official actions since the Secretary’s previous report. The report shall be accompanied with a detailed statement, under oath, of the manner in which all appropriations for the Secretary’s office have been expended.(Amended by Stats. 2021, Ch. 50, Sec. 47.
