The Secretary of State shall charge and collect the following fees for certification:(a) Certification of a document: Five dollars ($5).(b) Certificate of status or filing: Five dollars ($5).(c) Certificate of information: Ten dollars ($10) if the request is communicated in writing, and five dollars ($5) if the request is communicated by another medium authorized by a rule adopted by the office of the Secretary of State.(Amended by Stats. 2000, Ch. 1003, Sec. 53.
