Upon the filing of any document pursuant to any provision of the Corporations Code for which there is a filing fee of twenty-five dollars ($25) or more, at the time of filing the Secretary of State shall provide a copy without charge.(Amended by Stats. 2012, Ch. 494, Sec. 55.
