In carrying out the provisions of this article, the Secretary of State shall consult with and give consideration to the recommendations of the California Historical Records Advisory Board, which for that purpose shall serve in an advisory capacity to the Secretary of State.(Amended by Stats. 2014, Ch. 28, Sec. 18.
