12419.3.4. Notwithstanding any other provision of this article, the payments authorized pursuant to Chapter 16.1 (commencing with Section 18997.5) of Part 6 of Division 9 of the Welfare and Institutions Code shall not be used to offset any delinquent accounts.(Added by Stats. 2024, Ch. 1010, Sec. 3.
