The Attorney General shall not engage in the private practice of law, nor shall the Attorney General be associated directly or indirectly with any attorney in private practice, but instead shall devote the Attorney General’s entire time to the service of the state.(Amended by Stats. 2021, Ch. 50, Sec. 90.
