By March 1, 2016, the Medical Board of California, in consultation with the Department of Justice and the Department of Consumer Affairs, shall report and make recommendations to the Governor and the Legislature on the vertical enforcement and prosecution model created under Section 12529.6.(Amended by Stats. 2015, Ch. 287, Sec. 2. (SB 396) Effective January 1, 2016.)
