'Trustee' means (a) any individual, group of individuals, corporation, unincorporated association, or other legal entity holding property in trust pursuant to any charitable trust, (b) any corporation or unincorporated association which has accepted property to be used for a particular charitable purpose as distinguished from the general purposes of the corporation or unincorporated association, and (c) a corporation or unincorporated association formed for the administration of a charitable trust, pursuant to the directions of the settlor or at the instance of the trustee.(Amended by Stats. 2004, Ch. 919, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 2005.)
