All fines, penalties, attorney’s fees, if any, as authorized by law, and costs of investigation paid to the Attorney General pursuant to Section 12598 shall be used by the Department of Justice solely for the administration of the Attorney General’s charitable trust enforcement responsibilities.(Added by Stats. 2000, Ch. 475, Sec. 2.
