(a) The provisions of this article are not exclusive, and the remedies provided for in this article shall be in addition to any other remedies provided for in any other law or available under common law.(b) If any provision of this article or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held to be unconstitutional, the remainder of the article and the application of the provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.(c) This article shall be liberally construed and applied to promote the public interest.(Added by Stats. 1987, Ch. 1420, Sec. 1.)
