For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions apply:(a) 'Center' means a farmworker resource center.(b) 'Department' means the Department of Community Services and Development.(c) 'Program' means the grant program established and administered by the department pursuant to this chapter.(Added by Stats. 2021, Ch. 203, Sec. 1.
