13073.1. Whenever the department issues reports containing population breakdowns or analyses based on race or ethnicity, it shall report Asian-Pacific Islanders as a distinct category, and not combine Asian-Pacific Islanders into any other category.(Added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 1013, Sec. 1.
