13294. The Department of Finance shall examine the books of the several state agencies as often as the director deems necessary, taking into consideration the work done by other auditors, including the internal auditors of the various state agencies, so that duplication of auditing effort may be minimized.(Amended by Stats. 1965, Ch. 1090.)
