13299.1. Securities held in the treasury or other depositories for safekeeping purposes shall be counted or confirmed, at least annually, by the State Auditor. After each count or confirmation of securities, the State Auditor shall issue his or her report on the accountability of securities.(Amended by Stats. 2003, Ch. 107, Sec. 28.
