13332.01. Any state agency which collects funds from the federal government shall include in the collections, amounts to offset federally allowed statewide indirect costs, as determined by the Department of Finance, except where prohibited by federal statutes.(Added by Stats. 1983, Ch. 323, Sec. 44.
