13995.40.5. Notwithstanding subdivision (d) of Section 13995.40, the number of commissioners elected from each industry category shall be determined by the weighted percentage of assessments from that category, except that no more than six commissioners shall be elected from the passenger car rental category.(Amended by Stats. 2014, Ch. 401, Sec. 44.
