13995.55. For the purpose of carrying out Section 13995.51, the director may hold hearings, take testimony, administer oaths, subpoena witnesses, and issue subpoenas for the production of books, records, or documents of any kind.(Amended by Stats. 2013, Ch. 352, Sec. 266.
