13995.81. Any person who files false information concerning an assessment is civilly liable in an amount of not more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000), in addition to any amount owed as the assessment.(Added by Stats. 2003, Ch. 229, Sec. 1.5. Effective January 1, 2004.)
