14524.3. Commencing with the update to the California Transportation Plan that is required on or before December 31, 2020, the commission may, in cooperation with the department, prescribe study areas for analysis and evaluation by the department and may establish guidelines for the preparation of the updates to the California Transportation Plan prepared pursuant to Section 65071.(Added by Stats. 2014, Ch. 917, Sec. 3.
