14525.1. The department and the commission shall use an inflation rate that has been established by the Department of Finance. The Department of Finance shall consult with the Legislative Analyst and the Department of Transportation when calculating the inflation rate for this purpose.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1989, Ch. 105, Sec. 7.
