Not less than 30 days prior to adopting changes to any guidelines for the expenditure of any funds pursuant to the Highway Safety, Traffic Reduction, Air Quality, and Port Security Bond Act of 2006, the California Transportation Commission shall provide written notification to the chairs of the appropriate policy committees and budget committees of the Legislature.(Added by Stats. 2007, Ch. 717, Sec. 3.
