Section 10295 of the Public Contract Code and Article 4 (commencing with Section 10335) of, and Article 5 (commencing with Section 10355) of, Chapter 2 of Part 2 of Division 2 of the Public Contract Code do not apply to agreements entered into by the Treasurer pursuant to the sale of notes authorized under this chapter.(Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 862, Sec. 3.
